The Qualifications We Seek

  • At least 6 months of customer service experience in a BPO, retail, hospitality, food service, travel, banking, shared services, or similar customer-facing environment
  • Strong customer service, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Willingness to work full-time onsite in Clark, Pampanga
  • Flexibility to work shifting schedules, weekends, holidays, and rotating schedules within a 24/7 operation
  • Comfortable supporting customers through phone, email, chat, and social media channels
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office or Office365 applications
  • Ability to multitask, follow processes, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Your Daily Tasks

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media promptly and professionally, aligned with the brand voice
  • Identify and assess customers' needs to ensure satisfaction
  • Resolve issues within agreed response times and ensure high satisfaction
  • Build trust with customers through clear and friendly communication
  • Provide accurate information using proper tools and methods
  • Meet individual and team sales targets and quotas
  • Handle complaints and ensure timely resolution
  • Keep detailed records of interactions and transactions
  • Follow set communication procedures and policies
  • Work on team KPIs and business guidelines
  • Go the extra mile to engage customers
